A deep bronze perennial version with aromatic feathery foliage and yellow umbel flowers. Will form a 5’ tall clump by the third year. Does not form any type of bulb but does produce an abundance of seed. All parts are edible. Wonderful accent for the pollinator garden. Host plant for the Black Swallowtail butterfly caterpillar. Plant this and they will come.

Annual. 5,000 seeds/oz. 10-14 days. 65°F. Need darkness to germinate. 90-110 days mature, 15-20 days microgreen.
Grown for its white bulbs that can be eaten raw or cooked. Most reliable when grown in warm (not hot) and sunny weather with weekly watering. Direct seed to avoid transplant shock. Leaves are a food source for the Black Swallowtail Butterfly caterpillar.
